Powerbag Challenge

My favourite piece of resistance equipment is a simple 10kg powerbag. I believe you can keep your body strong with bodyweight exercises alone but I do love to throw in a few powerbag moves. I know many people go for heavy weights when working out, however I prefer a medium-lighter weight and pushing myself to complete as many reps as I can in my HIIT workouts. Here are four of my favourite powerbag exercises.
