As a dedicated health coach with extensive experience, I am passionate about improving my client’s health, fitness and wellbeing. I specialise in partnering with individuals, corporate organisations and sports teams to foster sustainable, positive changes in habits and lifestyles. My approach is holistic, focusing not just on immediate improvements but on long-term health and performance optimisation. By combining evidence-based strategies with personalised guidance and accountability, I work with my clients to overcome obstacles, achieve their goals, and maintain a balanced, healthy life.
My work with clients spans various areas, including nutrition, physical fitness & strength, mental well-being and stress management. I tailor my health coaching to meet each client’s unique needs, ensuring that the changes and habits we implement are both effective and enduring. Success for me is watching my clients feel stronger physically and mentally, develop a new sense of confidence with a happier, healthier mindset and outlook on life.
On a professional level, I have a strong academic foundation and diverse qualifications that equip me to provide comprehensive and informed guidance to my clients. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from University College Dublin (UCD), a Higher Diploma in Business from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. In addition, I completed a Master’s Degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science followed by a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which provides me with powerful tools to help clients overcome mental barriers, manage stress, and establish healthier behavioural patterns that support their overall health and well-being.
I am also a certified and practicing advanced mat Pilates instructor, with a particular focus on strength Pilates for women. As a female in mid life I am passionate about helping women build core strength, maintain muscle mass, improve bone health and optimise body composition and metabolic health.
