Workplace Wellness Interactive Workshops
I offer a diverse range of workshops designed to meet the unique needs of various groups and individuals. From nutrition and fitness to stress management and cognitive behavioural techniques, each session is crafted to be engaging, informative, and practical. Participants will leave with actionable strategies and insights that can be easily integrated into their daily routines, promoting long-term health, productivity, and well-being.
Workshops range from 45-90 minutes in duration
Alva also designs and develops more comprehensive health and wellness programmes to suit clients’ specific requirements.
