A super healthy and satisfying snack. Perfect pre or post workout or as a snack for busy day on the go!
Just simply cashew nuts, cashew nut butter and dates (you can add coconut, other dried fruit or nuts)
50 grams of cashew nuts
5 tablespoons of cashew nut butter
50 grams of dates, pitted and chopped
Place nuts in food processor and turn on. When well chopped transfer to a bowl. Do the same with the dates but don’t blitz for too long. Return the nuts to the processor and blitz again until a uniform smooth mixture. Add nut butter and mix again until well combined. Taking approximately 1 tablespoonof the "dough", roll into balls with clean hands. Leave in the fridge to chill. Enjoy
