Ok I have two more videos in my series of plank exercises for full body strengthening. This video shows you four advanced plank exercises for a killer core.

Each of these advanced moves should be completed with your core muscles engaged and your form strong and solid during the dynamic move. You will notice I wobbled a little getting into the Superman Plank, that's ok as long as you can stabilise yourself back into a strong position. For advanced "plankers" I would suggest you aim for 50 seconds on each exercises with 10 seconds rest between each. Try completing this round of four exercises 3-4 times. 12-16 minutes (anywhere) bodyweight workout!
