Beginners Plank Part II

Three more great plank moves to help you build a strong, fit body. Hold each plank for as long as you can before moving onto the next exercise. Over time, as you get stronger, you will notice yourself holding each move for longer. Remember to keep your body in a straight line with core muscles engaged all the time. When you get tired you might find your back wants to droop down. If this happens your muscles are fatigued and you should stop the exercise. Side Plank
