Intermediate Plank - Will you take the challenge?

Ok, I've had lots of requests for more plank moves and am delighted to hear there are a lot of you trying them out at home. Remember form is everything to make sure you get a great workout and keep your body injury free. Keep core engaged (don't let tummy sag or your bum stick in the air!) and keep your body in a straight line from the top of your head to your heels. Hold each move for as long as you can keeping good form. Here's three more challenging plank moves for those of you who are willing to give them a go. Each move will build strength, balance and endurance. Enjoy!
