KETTLEBELL WORKOUT

Have you an old dusty kettlebell lying around the house somewhere? Well pull it out and give this full body workout a try!

Either try 10 repetitions of each exercise and aim for 2-4 rounds or set a timer for 30 seconds work and 10 seconds rest and try complete 2-4 rounds.
