Now that the wonderful long relaxing holiday season is nearly behind us, here are a few simple principles to get us all back on track. 

We all know food has a direct effect on our energy levels and fuelling the body correctly keeps blood sugar stable and us feeling strong and energised. My challenge to you for the month of January is to be mindful on your food choices. Fuel the body for energy, health and weight management.

Don't grab and go ... think before you eat

Do a little planning on your meals and snacks, get your shopping basket in order so there is food available that is nutritious and tasty. Make life easy ... find 2-3 new simple recipes for quick evening meals.


I will have a loads of easy recipes, home workouts, health tips, ideas for healthy food products you can find in supermarkets on my social media pages throughout the year so stay connected and please do ask questions.
