Small Class with LIMITED NUMBERS. Clients are guided and assisted with form and technique. Individual attention is a very important part of the programme to help develop and strengthen each client's movement.

What is Fitness Pilates?
15 minutes of functional exercise that challenge cardio fitness followed by 45 minutes of mat Pilates focusing on strength, mobility and flexibility.
