Latest 9 Minute Workout ... Real Time with Full Instruction - Abs and Upper Body
This workout is made up of 16 exercises - 8 Abs and 8 Upper Body movements. I completed 10 repetitions of each and It took about 9 minutes. I repeated it again and packed in a great workout in under 20 minutes! #smarttraining
If you are having one of those days where motivation to train/exercise is zero, my top tip is write down a workout (pick some exercises you enjoy!) before you start anything. This morning I was feeling exactly that .. no motivation but really wanted to move my body.
A plan gives you a goal to achieve - for me this morning it was just one round of 16 exercises. I enjoyed it so much I did it again!
