Dust off those kettlebells around the house and give today’s workout a go!

I don’t go heavy with my kettlebell (6-8kg) but try to complete this workout as fast as I can with little or no breaks

Kettlebell Workout

Aim for 10 repetitions of each exercise

2-3 rounds as fast as you can


  1. KB swings (single or double arm)

  2. Squat and overhead press

  3. KB single arm clean and press right

  4. KB single arm clean and press left

  5. Around the world

  6. KB straight press and hold

  7. KB transfers in plank

  8. KB toe touches

  9. Russian twists

  10. KB sits ups

  11. KB rotations swings right

  12. KB rotational swings left
