Repetition Workout - There are about 120 repetitions in one round so try complete the round two or three times for a full workout



WORKOUT

Squat Jumps 10

Push up with jump jacks 10

Side to side v ups 12

Over unders 10

Bum lift V ups and leg drops 10

Floor to plank 10

Sprinter sit ups 20

Squat and overhead press 10

Bag pulls 12

REPEAT 2-3 times

What a gorgeous day we had for an outdoor workout. Lovely to see so many people out exercising when I was on my 2km walk outside today. For those of you who enjoy a workout in the garden, hereโ€™s workout no. 4 for my home workout series.

This workout is more on the advanced end โ€ฆ but I promise next workout will be suitable for all levels!
