I am having a bit of fun with Stability Ball in my HIIT workout today. 30 seconds work with 10 seconds rest between exercises. Try 2-4 rounds with a minute rest between rounds.

  5. Roll Up with Spine Stretch

  6. Russian Twists

  7. Side Plank Right

  8. Side Plank Left
