1.     Prone hovers

2.     Shuffle and drop hand to ground

3.     In kneeling hover on hands tap each shoulder and then kick outs one leg under other

4.     Dynamic squats

5.     Push back push ups

6.     Prone hovers

7.     Russian twists

8.     Rotational swing of kettlebell knee to high over opposite shoulder

9.     Swimming

10.  Leg raise open legs drop legs and v crunch

11.  Prone hovers

12.  Ab splitters

13.  Mat jumps

14.  Scissors level 3

15.  Pike press ups

16.  Donkey Kicks

 

30 seconds on each exercise with 10 seconds rest between exercises

1 minute rest between rounds

Aim for 2-4 rounds
