BLUEBERRY ALMOND SCONES

Ingredients

200g ground almonds
200g self raising flour 
100g oats 
100g butter  
1 heaped teaspoon baking powder 
100g honey 
1 egg 
enough butter milk to bring to a dough 
heavy handful of fresh blueberries

Method
Preheat over to 200 degrees Celsius
Rub butter into dry ingredients until resembles breadcrumbs add egg honey and slowly add buttermilk until a light dough (gently add blueberries just before dough is formed). Transfer dough into a floured board and press to an inch thickness using a floured circular cutter create scones and place scones on a floured tray. Bake for 12-18 minutes at 200 degrees.
