Here’s a fantastic full body stretch and mobilise workout you can do at your desk .. or more correctly in your chair!

Release tension from the neck and shoulders, give the spine some flexion, extension and rotational movement, open out the tight chest muscles, activate the glutes, open the hips and stretch out the posterior chain …. all in three minutes in your chair!
