Genesis Hockey Club HIIT Fitness

So week 2 of Genesis Hockey Club fitness training and after a lot of sore bodies post training last week, it was great to see 35 girls back for more again last night!

We did some agility, power, speed and strength training โ€ฆ Hereโ€™s our 18 minute HIIT session.

Six exercises.

40 seconds work on each exercise with 20 seconds rest between exercises.
