So week 2 of Genesis Hockey Club fitness training and after a lot of sore bodies post training last week, it was great to see 35 girls back for more again last night!
We did some agility, power, speed and strength training โฆ Hereโs our 18 minute HIIT session.

40 seconds work on each exercise with 20 seconds rest between exercises.
