Here’s a challenge for the upper body, core and abs. I am working on control of movement and endurance in this workout.

Five exercises

  1. Leg Pull Prone

  2. Shoulder tap and tricep push up

  3. Pike push up

  4. Side plank kick out left

  5. Side plank kick out right

I aimed for 10 repetitions of each in one round.

How many rounds can you do with great form and control?
