Scrambled Oats … A High Protein Start To The Day!

Ingredients

3 eggs

70g oats

1 mashed banana

1/2 to 1 heaped tablespoon cocoa powder

(serves 1 male teen athlete or 2 sedentary adults)


Method

Beat eggs, add oats, mashed banana and cocoa powder - mix well. Heat a frying pan on a medium to high heat, add a knob of butter. Add mixture and toss on pan until mixture loses the “wet look” and eggs are cooked through. Serve with some high protein natural yogurt and fresh berries or warmed up frozen berries.

Approx 45g of protein in this serving of scrambled oats with 100g high protein natural yogurt (10-11g protein per 100g yogurt)
