Dark Chocolate Cashew Nut Bars

All natural perfect sweet treat!


Ingredients

300g raw cashews

300g pitted Medjool dates

150g almond butter

4 tablespoons of maple syrup (I only used 2 tablespoons)

50g coconut flour

50g desiccated coconut

Topping

150g 85% good quality dark chocolate


Method

Make the base of the bars by blitzing all ingredient together. Press into a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the fridge to cool. When the base is set, pour the melted chocolate on top and chill until set. Makes about 20-25 bars. Freeze great!
