Omelette Wraps .. simple, healthy and keeps busy people fuller longer
So you are looking for a quick, easy and healthy meal...maybe your eating late, post training, grabbing lunch on the go or feeding hungry children after school. These omelette wraps make a super healthy easy meal and can filled with anything you like.

Ingredients
2 eggs beaten 1 tablespoon milk 1 teaspoon of butter 1 tablespoon of creme fraîche 1 medium tomato washed, dried and chopped into small pieces 1 spring onion 1/4 avocado chopped freshly ground salt and pepper fresh coriander and basil chopped A squeeze of lime juice
Method
Beat the eggs and milk and season with salt and pepper. Put butter in a heated frying pan and when melted add egg and ensure it has covered the based of the pan. Leave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until golden and turn and cook other side for another 1- 1/2 minutes. Slide omlette onto a plate and spread creme fraîche on top. Add all ingredients and wrap. Enjoy.
