7 GREAT SALAD DRESSING RECIPES
A home made salad dressing with great ingredients is a really healthy addition to your plate. Classic lemon and olive oil
Ingredients
1 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
Black pepper and salt to taste
Whisk ingredients together. Add freshly ground pepper and salt to taste and store in the fridge.
Simple balsamic vinaigrette
Ingredients
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
Mix all the ingredients together; add freshly ground pepper to taste, and store in the fridge.
Raspberry vinaigrette
This light sweet dressing is perfect for summer salads.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Creamy mint dressing
Ingredients
125g live natural yoghurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic
Freshly chopped mint
Blend all ingredients together and store in the fridge.
French Dressing
Ingredients
¼ clove garlic
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white or red wine vinegar
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Peel and finely chop ¼ of a clove of garlic. Put the garlic, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of white or red wine vinegar and 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a jar with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper. Mix well. Store in the fridge.
Sriracha Peanut Dressing
So delicious stirred into shredded cabbage, carrots, broccoli, peppers, tomatoes which a big handful of chopped corriander and topped off with toasted nuts or seeds. A great way to get lots of super healthy raw vegetables into you!
Ingredients
125grams of peanut butter (100% peanuts)
115mls of olive oil
115mls of water
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1-2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon of hot sauce (I used tabasco sauce)
Mix well and store in fridge
Lemon Chia Seed Dressing
Ingredients
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp. chia seeds
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
