High Performance Sports Programme
This High Performance Sports Programme was designed for Wesley College girls Minor, Junior and Senior hockey teams and covers two areas: Sports Nutrition for optimum energy and performance on and off the field as well as an 8- week programme of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) programme to improve speed, agility, strength, power and performance.
