Wesley College... Girl Power!
I'm really looking forward to meeting all the female minor, junior and senior teams in Wesley College this afternoon to start our 8-week high performance sports programme. There will be a private page on my site for the teams and coaches to access the rest of the HIIT workouts from next week, but in the mean time here's week 1 to get started on the road to improved speed, power, agility, strength and performance.
