We're Planking for April

Let's make April a month for some positive changes. The evenings are getting longer, brighter and warmer which makes getting out and enjoying some exercise so much easier.  How about adding to that cardio exercise and building in 10 minutes of a great strength and conditioning exercise to help build  a strong core region? The plank is a very effective and safe exercise to build those very important core muscles. It is a great body weight exercise that can be done anywhere so no need for a gym or studio to start building a strong mid section and improve flexibility, functional movement, posture and reduce your risk of injury.
