Many people are very happy to start the day every day with a bowl of nutritious oats, however I often get asked for a substitute for hot porridge in the summer months. Well here is one you can enjoy without sacrificing your oats - No Cook Oats! You don't need to cook anything just mix the ingredients together and leave overnight in the fridge, and the next morning add a few healthy toppings for the perfect start to the day!
50g porridge oats
120ml greek yogurt (or natural live yogurt)
120ml of milk
1 heaped teaspoon of seeds (I like chia best)
Mix well and cover and leave in fridge overnight. Next day add some fresh fruit and any topping of your choice.
