I can't tell you how easy it is to make this super handy and nutritious snack food, Smoked Mackerel Pate. It makes a great lunchbox filler or quick lunch - loaded with salad in a pitta or a tasty dip for raw vegetables. This pate is high in anti inflammatory omega 3 fats as well as vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, E and K. Various minerals also occur richly in the fish.
