Pregnancy: Helping Nausea and Morning Sickness


There is no doubt the first few months of pregnancy are exhausting and throw in some nausea and morning sickness, you can find yourself struggling to function let alone perform at your best at work! Many women find their interest in many foods just disappears and they can only tolerate simple meals and snacks. This can lead to anxiety and worry about the baby and if he/she is getting enough nutrients. However for most women this period of nausea is short term as long as you stay hydrated and eat small regular healthy meals you have nothing to worry about.
