Plyometric HIIT Workout

I did two great HIIT workouts yesterday and today, that included some great challenging new exercises.  In this workout, I have combined a few of these exercises and am sure you'll enjoy it! This is a reps workout, so you try to complete it in as short a time as possible.

10 reps of each of the following 6 exercises is one round. Try to complete 3 - 5 Rounds.

  • Push Back Press Ups
  • Superman Hops
  • One Leg Burpee Combo right leg
  • One Leg Burpee Combo left leg
  • Superman with alt knee tuck
  • Three Pulse Jump with Tuck Jump
