One Exercise Burns Fat, Builds Abdominals and Strengthens the Body
180 degree jump with competition burpee Ok it's not easy and it's not for beginners but this move will do all I say..burn fat, build abdominals and strengthen and tone the whole body.
Try completing as many as you can in 60 seconds (or 30 seconds if this is too long and build up to 60). Take enough of a break to get yourself breathing more comfortably and give it another go! This is a great exercise to add to your workouts. Throw 1,2 ...or maybe 5 minutes of them in your training routine and see the difference in a few weeks!
