November .. A month many of us tend to lose focus

November is a month that we sometimes find ourselves slipping up on all those good habits we started in September. The holiday are approaching and we can find ourselves losing our fitness routine, eating out more and getting a little less mindful on our food choices. It is eight weeks until the New Year so be very careful not to indulge and let up on exercise too much in November or you will be disappointed in January with the work you will need to put in to get back to a healthy, fit you!

Stay mindful with your food choices (even when eating out!) and stay active! I want to keep you on track to a healthy, energised you with lots of simple, healthy recipes and home workouts over the coming months.
