Kettlebell Challenge

This HIIT workout involves a kettlebell. I use a 6-8kg kettlebell which doesn't feel too heavy, so I can keep my form correct throughout each exercise and try to complete as many of each exercise in the time given. So remember don't go too heavy on the kettlebell. Find a weight that works for you. HIIT workout 40 seconds for each exercise 10 seconds rest between each exercise 9 exercises in one round Complete 2-4 rounds
