Holiday Workouts ... No Excuses!


Do you give up on all training on holidays? Well what do you think about 10-15 mins a day to keep you strong and ticking over during your relaxing break? Over my two weeks holidays this summer, I ran (which I don't often do ... little boring for me!) for about 20 mins most days followed by a 10-15 minutes of a full body workout. No equipment needed just bodyweight to challenge myself. For anyone still enjoying their holidays or heading off in the coming weeks, here are three of the workouts I completed which you might like to give a go! For those with no instructions on the video, aim to complete 10 of each exercise in a round and complete 3-5 rounds.
