Gluten Free Oat, Almond & Yogurt Drop Scones
Oat, almond and yogurt drop scones
Ingredients 500 grams of oats 500 grams of natural live yogurt 2 eggs beaten 2 teaspoons of baking powder 2 tablespooon of all natural nut butter 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Method Set oven at 180 degrees celcius. Mix dry ingredients well in a large bowl. Add yogurt, beaten eggs, nut butter and honey (optional) and mix really well. Scoop large tablespoon sized scone mixture onto a baking tray lined covered with baking paper. Bake for approx 15 minutes (depends on the size of your scones you may need a little longer). Makes 12-16.
Serve with a spread of almond butter for a perfect snack!
