Fat Burner Workout
Here's a challenging (and very effective!) bodyweight High Intensity Interval Training workout. That means you can do it anywhere as you need no equipment. I have included modifications of different exercises for beginners. Beginners try one round of the five exercises, intermediate level try 2-3 rounds and advanced 4-5 rounds. Work as hard as you can during each 40 second work period and rest for 10 seconds between exercises. Enjoy!
