Could be one of the last outdoor bodyweight workouts!

I hate when the hour goes back and the days get shorter. We are so much more active during the bright long evenings when going out to do something energetic is inviting! Well there no escaping it winter is on it's way and we cant complain as we've had a really great October in Ireland so far. There have been no excuses this month for lots of outdoor HIIT training and I hope to keep it up as long as I can into the winter. So here's a great full body workout.

You need no equipment just some determination. I complete four rounds of this workout with 50 second work intervals. There is no reason why you can't shorten the intervals to 40 or 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest between exercises, if you find it too difficult or reduce the number of rounds to 2 or 3. Give it a go while it's dry and you still can get out in the garden/park. Enjoy
