Can you really make these Raw Nut Bars any better?


Made a little change to the ingredients in the latest batch of my Raw Nut Bars..substituted the almond butter for Keen's Almond and Vanilla nut butter and added a little more coconut .. very good!

These bars are filled with great energy, protein and nutrients. They make a super recovery snack for athletes ‪#‎dublinmarathon‬ and if you aren't so active they make a great swap for a sugary processed treat. Remember however cut them into nice small bitesize portions as a little goes a long way!
