Beginners HIIT Winter Workout

With winter approaching and the bright nights closing in a lot of us are going to miss mild evening walks and may find ourselves getting into the rut of doing little or not exercise during the week. Sound familiar? Well I am starting a Winter Workout series that can be done at home (in the garden or front room) with nothing but a kettlebell needed (here's a good deal http://www.elverys.ie/Product/usf-kettlebell-set-30lb-135kg-purplewhiteblue/223580/0000002681) which will help keep you fit and strong throughout the winter months without having to brave the elements too much. So I am starting with a few beginners workouts, (which can be modified to tougher workouts if you lengthen the interval duration to 40 or 50 seconds work with 10 seconds rest). My first one is a full body workout but you will feel it tighten your tummy, legs and bum in particular. Before commencing any workout, make sure you consult with your doctor.
