300 REP Full Body Workout

I just completed this 300 rep full body workout in the back garden. Yes, you can improve strength and cardio fitness without gym membership and with limited time. I completed this 300 rep workout as fast as I could, only breaking between rounds to have a quick drink and a breather. All the exercises work the full body and help strengthen and tone. Most of the moves are intermediate to advanced level but can be modified to a simpler version for beginners.
