Eggs on Carbs without the bread!

I am always harping on about including protein in your meals and snacks to help recovery from training, to help with weight management and to maintain good energy throughout the long busy day.

Eggs are a wonderful food that are high in protein, healthy fats and an extensive range of micronutrients.

So here’s a new way to work your eggs for a great post training or energy boosting snack … no bread needed!

Eggs and Wholegrain Rice


Simple add eggs to pre cooked wholegrain rice, mix well. season with freshly ground pepper and salt (a dash of smoked paprika or chilli is great too if you like a kick!) and cook on a medium heat in a pan until cooked through.
