Here's outdoor workout number 2!

A challenge for your upper body, abs and core muscles

 

This is a "rep workout", so try and complete the 280 reps in each round as fast as you can. If you find one round ok, try another 1 .... or 2.



Complete 20 repetitions of each of the 14 exercises to complete one round. Make sure to challenge yourself.
