Mastered the Plank and Looking for a Challenge?

One of my favourite exercises for core and full body strength and conditioning is the plank and what I really like about this exercise is that there are so many varieties, you never get bored!

Here's one for those of you who have mastered the plank and are looking to take it up a level. Over Unders take strength, balance and coordination.... yes getting all three going when you first try it is challenging but with some practice you'll find this move a great addition to your workouts.
