14-Minute Core and Upper Body Workout
We're all time poor and fitting in fitness can be challenging for many of us. That is why I believe in exercising smart: Get maximum results in minimum time. In my opinion the best way to do this is exercising with intervals. Work at a high intensity for set period of time, followed by a short rest and back to high intensity again. You can do this walking, cycling, swimming, strength training etc. Here's a 14-minute Core and Upper body strength and conditioning workout. If you work hard in the 30 second work period you'll be amazed how you feel stronger and tighter after your first workout!
